Garden Apartment

The apartment is an independent building in the garden. About 40 m2 with bedroom, living room, kitchen and bath / WC (shower).

Parking available (side street, free of charge).

Approximately 20 minutes walk to the center (old town) or a busride with 3 stops. The busstop is a 3 min-walk away.

Parking spaces are almost always available (side street, free of charge).

Location: A lovely area – equal in the city but in the other direction also equal to the country.

Location: It is both equal in the city but in the other direction also equal to the country side. The gardenhouse house is situated in the so called area Maxglan.

Separate entrance from the garden. The use of the garden is not allowed!

We live next door and are thus within reach :) We are happy to give restaurant advice, take reservations and help out with questions.

The Stiegl Brewery is in our immediate neighborhood. Also Leopoldskron Castle is within walking distance.

From the airport and main train station there runs a bus directly to our accommodation.

The sofa in the living-room can fould out to a bed (160 x 200).

Kitchen: fridge freezer, glass ceramic cook surface with 4 rings, oven, kettle, coffee machine (Nespresso), toaster, crockery, cutlery, etc. - fully equipped.

Hair dryer available.

The boiler holds approximately 200 L hot water. But is quickly heating up again.
