Superior Apartment Salzburg City

It is an own apartment in our house. Size: 34 m2 with a bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom (shower & toilet). It is a new building (completion date: July 2017).

Approximately 20 minutes walk to the center (old town) or a busride with 3 stops. The busstop is a 3 min-walk away.

Parking spaces are almost always available (side street, free of charge).

Location: A lovely area – equal in the city but in the other direction also equal to the country side.

The apartment was built 2017 and has a small terrace by the living room. There is a private bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. The living room consists of the entrance area including kitchen (fully equipped), dining area and living room. The sofa can be fold out to a very cozy bed. The whole apartment is equipped with underfloor heating.

Although the apartment is located on the street, soundproofing and soundproof windows provide peace of mind. The road is not busy in the evening and on weekends.

Separate entrance from the mainstreet with a door code.

We live next door and are within reach :) We are happy to give restaurant advice, take reservations and help out with questions.

The Stiegl Brewery is in our immediate neighborhood. Also Leopoldskron Castle is within walking distance.

From the airport and main train station there runs a bus directly to our accommodation.

The sofa in the living-room can fould out to a bed (160 x 200).

Kitchen: fridge freezer, glass ceramic cook surface with 2 rings, kettle, coffee machine (Nespresso), toaster, crockery, cutlery, etc. - fully equipped.
